All these programs draw with user friendly dialog boxes. These are add-on for any CAD program for developing GA drawing as well as component wise drawings with Bill of Material and weights of all components. The program asks for some parameters and then automatically draws each component giving Bill of materials for that component as well as weight of each sub-component and also total weight. CAD program then draws GA Drawing with total weight. The software gives all minor details at Quotation Stage itself and this helps to quote in most competitive manner

Piping Engineering: I am a Chemical Engineer specialized in Pipe Routing, Plans, Sections, 3D Models as well as Isometrics with Bill of Materials for Last Few Years. I can do the same at company's office on contract basis.

   I have done a 3D Drawing of Pipe rack for a 100,000 tons/year PTA, PolyEster and Fiber plant in Indonesia for P.T.Polysindo EkaPerkasa, Ds. Kiara Payung, Kec.Klari, Karawang Timur, 41300, Indonesia.
   This MODEL can be viewed as elevation, plan, and end view also, and can be plotted within seconds. These give a clear picture and can show interference of Pipelines, Electrical, Structure etc. This assignment was done in two stages, in their factory in Indonesia, first for 2 months and later final drawings after revision of earlier ones for 3 months.

2. Tristar Graphics Pty Ltd., Perth, W. Australia I was doing design, programming and drawing work of Piping Isometrics in CAD as per ISO 9001, from 1996 to 1998 as a BPO. I had prepared 3,000 piping isometric drawings based on Plans and sections. I used to get General Arrangement drawings by Mail/Courier and I used to prepare sketches, for the isometrics and drawing in CAD A3 size drawing using my own software. I used to send 10 drawings per day, by Email to our clients.

3. MDEEL (Monsanto DMCC Enviro-tech Engineering Ltd.), Vikhroli, Mumbai. I have good experience of creating 3D Scale Model for Piping Systems using AutoPLANT. I have created these with AutoPLANT 2004 for 1 year. From time to time I worked on contract basis for MDEEL for their projects of Monsanto Enviro-tech, USA.
